This Act regulates Gaming, Betting and Lotteries carried out in England and Wales.
The Gambling Commission is responsible for granting operating and personal licences for gambling and Hertsmere Borough Council is responsible for activities carried out from premises in the Borough as well as lower risk permits and registrations.
Statement of principles 2022-2025
The Council adopted a revised

at its meeting on 17 November 2021. This statement took effect on 3 January 2022 and shall be reviewed again, no later than 31 January 2025.
