Like most local authorities, we are facing a reduction in government funding and would like your help in determining priorities for our budget over the next few years.
We are working with an independent market research company to conduct face to face interviews with a representative sample of a cross section of residents. For the first time, you can also take part through an online survey.
The survey sets out different service standards and we want you to choose where you would allocate council money. It requires you to think about your priorities, so we suggest you only start this questionnaire when you have 15 minutes available to complete it.
Please read the questions carefully before giving your answers.
All the opinions you express and information you give will be treated confidentially.
As an added incentive, we will be having a prize draw for everyone who completes the survey, so you could win a £100 Marks and Spencer voucher.
All responses must be received before the end of Sunday 20 November 2016.
