How to Pay

You can pay for your application in a number of ways.

  • By paying online.  Please note that to make an online payment for planning fees you will need either your planning portal reference number or the planning application reference number.
  • By cheque, payable to Hertsmere Borough Council.  Send it with your application to our main offices.
  • By debit or credit card over the phone, once you have submitted your application. Telephone 020 8207 2277.
  • By asking a member of our validation team to contact you to obtain your card details. They will then complete the transaction for you using the online facility.
