Online access to your benefit claim

If you are receiving Housing Benefit or Council Tax Support you can check your account online to see:

• how your benefit has been calculated.
• what payments have been made.
• what payments are due to you.
• The balance of your Council Tax account.

You will need to register with us to access your accounts online. After you have registered you will receive an email confirming your login details. For added security, you will be asked to change your default password as soon as you log in. Once you have accessed your account, you will be able to change your User ID in the My Details section found at the top of the page.

Once you have received your user login ID and password, you can access your online account for Council Tax, Business Rates or Benefits below.
