Splash Parks

Unfortunately the acid pump at King George Recreation Ground has failed and a replacement has been ordered.  As this is vital to ensure safe water conditions the splash park will be closed over the weekend of 11 & 12 May.  We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Meadow Park remains open between 10am and 6pm everyday.

King George Recreation Ground in Bushey

This tropical island themed splash park has 3 bays to cater for all ages starting from one side with the gentle Labyrinth which can be controlled by the sluices and gates, moving up to jets and mist fountains and if its more intense water movement you're looking for then check out the spinning cannons, dumping buckets and doughnut spray.

Meadow Park in Borehamwood

The Splash Zone first opened in 2022 and includes 23 in-ground jets from arching features to crawl under to large columns of water to run or jump through. There is also a Hula Spray, which forms a circular water jail, and a number of Hydro Blast’s including a fountain like spray in the centre which reaches over 2m high.

Advice for visiting the splash parks
