Commissioning is the process of specifying, securing and monitoring services at a strategic level of organisations identified to deliver services on behalf of the council.
We develop a Partnership Agreement for a five year period. Taking this approach will give some stability to those organisations, which will help them to obtain funding from other sources to aid their sustainability.
Partnership Agreements will be tailored, through discussion, to each organisation and have jointly agreed outcomes / service delivery requirements to be achieved during the course of the agreement.
All Partnership Agreements will be monitored by nominated staff and where applicable the relevant Portfolios Holder from the council and the organisations in question.
The table below lists the organisations we commission work from for a three year period starting 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2028.
